    House ransacked by impersonated police officers

    Syracuse Police are looking for the suspects in a morning home invasion, which happened around 9 a.m. Saturday at 104 Bradley Street.

    Police said three or four men approached the house and identified themselves as police officers.

    They said when the suspects were allowed inside, they ransacked the house.

    Two adults and five children were home at the time.

    They said one of the adults was restrained and pistol-whipped.

    He was taken to Community General Hospital for treatment.

    It's not known if the suspects got away with anything.

    Police believe the house was targeted, but said they aren't sure why.
