Have a 70+ yr old round mirror that's coming loose from it's clips. How can I fix it? (Had a long post but it vanished when I tried to post it a couple of minutes ago).
If you have some pix of it,, especially the clip arrangement, might be able to help. Then again, might not. I've dropped a few.
I don't know? I haven't a clue about mirrors Quigley... I sometimes think if it wasn't for the fact that this is my Grandfathers mirror, and the fact that I remember it from when I was a little girl it wouldn't matter to me. ghrit, I've taken a picture and as soon as I get things figured out (and well you know how hard it is to take pictures of mirrors (lol) I'll try and post a picture of the clip itself.
Not great but let's try this one. And if anybody knows where I can go buy a good picture program let me know because I'm tired of the one's I have and I lost the best one I had when I lost my hard drive.
Well that isn't any good - and believe me that's not how it looks. Okay I'll upload it and then post it. Here it is
ghostrider - thank you ever so much for your suggestion on how to fix it! ghrit you too as well! This means the world to me since it belonged to my grandfather and is one of the few things I have left from him. Not to mention the fact it should go absolutely beautiful in the bathroom once the new lighbar goes in. Plus it's far cheaper than buying another mirror (I'm really tired of spending money on that bathroom right now). So thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
