I found one brand new in a thrift store for 9 bucks. I was so excited because I thought it was a thermarest until I got it home and unrolled it. Read a lot of bad reviews. Just wondering if its worth keeping in my camping kit. Since I may switch to hammock camping, it might be OK as an under barrier during cold nights.

I've never used one but I'm sure it can't be too bad for $9

Garbage. Mine has been dubbed the "Self-Deflating Pad"........ Will not hold air. I think it leaks at the air valve.

I have a couple old air matresses that just keep on going, camp after camp.

    Man...judging by the revews here....

Man judging by the reviews here....its best use in a SAR survival situation would be to burn it in the signal fire! : O

It sounds like it will be a great birthday gift for someone you hate. LOL
