Anyone familiar with "The Patriot Nurse" on YouTube?

I've been posting at SB about as long as I've posted here. The two sites represent two different groups of people and two different mind sets to me. I don't look to SB for much in skills knowledge anymore. It's a playground with all the good/bad baggage that comes with that label... I read several authors that post their stories there and I roll around in the mud with the pigs in the Dark Side occasionally. The squeamish and easily offended are cautioned to consider what they're truly looking for before venturing inside that particular hole. It's not a nice place...it used to actually be worse. It's become more tame lately though.
