I was thinking the last time I cleared brush and the chainsaw course I went to how cheap leather gloves just did not do the job. Prickly pear needles go right though the stitching.

One guy I work with through his fancy mechanics gloves nothing to poke though the hand and fingers part he ran the back of his hand into this cactus we have with fine hair like needles they got in that synthetic fiber and he would have to burn the gloves to get all the fine needles out. Also not against synthetic fibers I have read that they make some really nice gloves.

I have been suggesting animals handling gloves but I'm looking for a glove that I can use tools with a chainsaw to an axe to a shovel. Like to get some suggestions! Thanks !

    Zimmy Wait, I'm not ready!

I burn the fuckers with a propane weed burner before touching them.

I eat prickly pears and the pads but take no chances.

I have a pair of heavy rubberized gripper gloves - the needles don't stand a chance >>>>
