The flower itself does resemble a passion flower, but the leaves aren't right. At least they don't look like the ones we have around here. This is what ours looks like.
Okay, scratch my last post. It looks like there are tons of varieties of passion flower, including the leaf structure. Here's a link to Passionfruit, which grows on the Passiflora.
