After looking over this thing , I noticed the "TSA" emblem and can tell you that it looks to be official. The govt. issued picture I.D. would most likely be your driver's license as it is a govt issued picture I.D. But I believe that part of the health ins crap calls for a pic id also for every person in this country. Wake up and smell the sewer, as it is spreading to your neck of the woods very very soon.
