Wow! Hope prices continue to drop for awhile. When I first read this I thought "Yeah right, no bolt or carrier". Not True.
Looks like f troop is going to try and make uppers a firearm. They did it in 2018 with the 50 cal upper and the XMG. Their reasoning was if the upper doesn't use the mag well and buffer tube then that upper is a firearm. Their reasoning for doing it to all AR uppers is because they can, no one will stop them and so they will. Then this will likely lead to every major part is now a firearm, lower, upper, barrel, bolt, barrel nut, A pillar, gas tube, bcg cotter pin, ect.
F troop held a meeting with industry leaders on Thursday and laid out some of their some plans. This seems to be in line with their modus operandi, take an inch, as long as no one challenges them in court, take rest of the mile or as much of it as they can get. They declared the 50bmg and XMG uppers firearms back in 2018. No one challenged them for 2 years, now they are taking the next logical step. This is in direct violation of the national fire arms act, but they don't care about following the law. They just change laws to mean what ever they want.
