   I've heard that most of the AR ambidexterous safties are unreliable and prone to breakage. Is this true? Can anyone suggest a good one?

   Go with JP Enterprise, They make a AR safety selector that is reversible, and can be upgraded with an additional lever to make it truly ambidextrous.
