This statutory world beyond the scope of law has gone COMPLETELY NUTS.

This just out a while ago:

Bank of America chief gets a 23% pay raise

And maybe every U.S. citizen could donate a few extra bucks with their Form 1040 to help finance programs as shown at the site below:
    Federal Troubled Asset Relief Program[edit]

Bank of America received $20 billion in the federal bailout from the U.S. government through the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) on January 16, 2009, and a guarantee of $118 billion in potential losses at the company.[66] This was in addition to the $25 billion given to them in the Fall 2008 through TARP. The additional payment was part of a deal with the U.S. government to preserve Bank of America's merger with the troubled investment firm Merrill Lynch.[67] Since then, members of the U.S. Congress have expressed considerable concern about how this money has been spent, especially since some of the recipients have been accused of misusing the bailout money.

I am glad to see B of A doing so well. Maybe they might consider trying to be financially stable for the next 100 years.

Meanwhile Carrier corp is cutting 1400 US jobs and sending them to Mexico as their tier 1, non union ? workers are getting an average of $14 an hour and their tier 2 workers, about 70 % of the work force are getting an average of $35 an hour and they can't compete paying out that much for wages. It is owned by that small company called United Technologies.

Sounds like like P&G (Proctor & Gamble). The part time (no matter how many hours you work a week) temp agency help (about 90% of the work force and 100% of the workers) got $7 to $8 an hour (three shifts and treated like dirt) while the full time help gets $35-$40/hour. EVERYTHING P&G makes costs FIVE CENTS each! Any shampoo? Nickle a bottle, complete on the store shelf! Conditioner? Nickle. Scope? Nickle. Old Spice anything? Nickle. Yeah I worked there are would read all the stuff they published about it. NOTHING they made cost more than a nickle for cap/bottle/label/contents out the door.
