Awesome! I am going to try this. You are a very relaxed cook. I got a bit nervous and yelled to stop when you were shaking the onion powder and garlic salt but I bet it turned out really tasty. I think my kids are going to like this. They dislike chewy, tough stew meat also.

 

Went with tender young tree rats in mine this week Good to see there is someone else that measures ingredients the same way I do. My wife cringed and asked if you and I are related LOL.

I have some leftovers in the freezer that I am going to make a beef pot pie with and use puff pastry as my top.

Whenever people ask me for a recipe, I have a hard time. I tell them what is in there, but they should just adjust by taste. I pretty much measure nothing too.
