This site has a downloadable and printable survival guide, complete with instructions of how to bind it into a book. It is free. Once on the site click on sas survival guide, than browse contents. If you choose to print it as a regular document for a binder, or print it in the bindable book format it gives instructions for both, and they are separate downloads. yup, it prints out to be about 3 inches thick. I used about 3/4 of a package of paper to print it, but it has info on stuff I wouldnt even think to ask about!
