No...they were the dopey smurf triplets.....they handed themselves into the police...they had little choice...having made their identities known by using their own bank card to pay for their goods and by having their identity recorded on camera.
unfortunately, as we all know, it's not something that is isolated to any continent. Perhaps fortunately because they are that stupid they get caught easily
