FX swaps, swap lines and off the balance sheet debts seem to have gotten out of control. There doesn't seem to be anything anyone can do to mitigate it from what I've read. If this game comes to an end, I've got no clue how bad we are screwed. What are your thoughts?
The entire world banking system is a house of cards. Once the 'wrong' card is pulled....hello Great Depression Ver 3.0 Hope you have your Chow stacked deep....
My concern is that the Bank of International Settlements (BIS) is telegraphing this as a problem. They usually keep this underwraps to keep the world from panicking. Why let the cat of the bag now? Are we on the way to a 100 percent collapse of the system in short order?
Good thing we are not on the gold standard any longer. Dont wanna get in the way of bankers creating money out of thin air.
