Yep. As far as I am concerned, if they are killing cattle, they are rustlers

I somewhat agree with you. But him being able to afford a regular priced lawyer and the government bringing millions of dollars of high priced lawyers that they steal the money from you and I to persecute Americans, is not really a valid negotiation.

As Jefferson said, "Occasionally the tree of Liberty must be watered with the blood of Patriots and Tyrants"

You have to ask yourself, why now is the Gov after everyone's land there??? Or is it they are after something under their land, and doing what they can to steal it and not pay for it???

The same .Gov division has had our family tied up in court for over 10 years. We have land in the middle of Nat Forest and BLM , BLM has tried to use the endangered species act against us and land locked us for 5 years. Since then the courts opened up travel by vehicle for us from July to Aug. This is due to we have to cross a river.
I know first hand how they try to get you off of your land. Its sickening. If we walk away they shut down the whole area to everyone under the claim its a water shed. If we loose then everyone looses here. They have already did it in the next canyon over.

Sorry to hear that, Quig. I know how they have bullied anyone trying to improve their land, to include that guy who built a stock watering pond, and they are suing him huge amounts. It's BS, it's tyranny, it's unlawful, and it's got to be addressed.

Move the turtles south to the border of Mexico. The BLM could then help secure the border under Turtle Protection. Guess that's to easy ?

But he should have paid to graze his cows on public land. He didn't pay his bills. The government is wrong too and most definitely using excessive force but the rancher is not blameless.

barrry & holder are looking at this and plotting on how they can further their agenda of trashing the Constitution and Bill Of Rights.

In many ways they may want this to heat up so he can warm up his pen issuing unconstitutional Presidential orders knowing it takes time to challenge them by then much of the damage is already done.

Unfortunately precedent has already been set for BLM to seize titled and taxed land from property owners without compensation, with the court's blessing. They just say it wasn't your land to begin with and take it from you. If the Bundy case is what it takes to make people take a hard look and start asking questions about what the BLM is doing, so be it. Hopefully there won't be a body count beyond cattle when the dust settles, but I wouldn't lay odds on it right now.

From what I have read, over the years, many ranches run cattle on land not their own but leased, or "range fees", often times federal lands. They have done so for generations, and think of those lands as " their " range. But they have no legal ownership of that extra land, just the use of it. Unless this rancher can show title or lease of those lands ( range fees), then just what IS his claim on the disputed lands? The news has mentioned (_barely) "the land he owns outright" he refuses to sell, but who actually OWNS the land he is using without a lease or rental agreement?(range fees)
I think he is claiming land he has used, but not owned, as his own, just because he has used it for an long time, not because he has legal claim to it.

The only rights you have are those you are willing to fight and to die for.

What it all comes down to is freedom. The Bundy's were given an ultimatum and their decision is not about mineral rights, fracking, corporations coming in and taking prime land, it is about what should a free men do, and they have clearly decided to stand up as free men and fight back.

This is shaping up to be the second shot heard around the world. This is not a Waco or Ruby Ridge because these are normal people. These are people just like the rest of us trying to make their living. The people are tired of being enslaved, used, abused, having their land and resources stolen, and they are ready to wake up, not all of them, but a much larger portion than was previously thought. I would say at least 3%. The militias have organized and arrived in true super hero type fashion. They are ready to make their stand and you can see that when the bully is confronted he gets in his SUVs and drives away. When he is left alone he tazers the individuals and beats up pregnant women and sicks the dogs on the elderly. If not for strength in numbers there would most likely be dead people like the homeless camper in NM a couple weeks ago.

This is our model. This will show all of us that if we stand up to them we can win. If we organize and unite we will have the strength and power to win. They have brought in war vehicles, helicopters, snipers, guns, tactics, and all of the police state BS but when the light is upon them they must fold or all of their lies are exposed. Now that their ugly reality is in the public eye and the people can see what they are doing they must retreat. This is why they are taking all of his cattle as fast as possible before they can mount a defense. It is theft, assault, animal abuse, and intimidation.

According to Infowars, Ammon Bundy went in with 20 cowboys and got 30 of the cattle back before anyone could stop them.

Also this has cropped up all over.

    Statement from Shirlee Bundy-

"I have had people ask me to explain my dad's stance on this BLM fight. Here it is in as simple of terms as I can explain it. There is so much to it, but here it s in a nut shell. My great grandpa bought the rights to the Bunkerville allotment back in 1887 around there. Then he sold them to my grandpa who then turned them over to my dad in 1972. These men bought and paid for their rights to the range and also built waters, fences and roads to assure the survival of their cattle, all with their own money, not with tax dollars. These rights to the land use is called preemptive rights. Some where down the line, to keep the cows from over grazing, came the bureau of land management. They were supposed to assist the ranchers in the management of their ranges while the ranchers paid a yearly allotment which was to be use to pay the BLM wages and to help with repaires and improvements of the ranches. My dad did pay his grazing fees for years to the BLM until they were no longer using his fees to help him and to improve. Instead they began using these money's against the ranchers. They bought all the rest of the ranchers in the area out with they're own grazing fees. When they offered to buy my dad out for a penence he said no thanks and then fired them because they weren't doing their job. He quit paying the BLM but, tried giving his grazing fees to the county, which they turned down. So my dad just went on running his ranch and making his own improvements with his own equipment and his own money, not taxes. In essence the BLM was managing my dad out of business. Well when buying him out didn't work, they used the indangered species card. You've already heard about the desert tortis. Well that didn't work either, so then began the threats and the court orders, which my dad has proven to be unlawful for all these years. Now their desperate. It's come down to buying the brand inspector off and threatening the County Sheriff. Everything their doing at this point is illegal and totally against the constitution of the United States of America. Now you may be saying," how sad, but what does this have to do with me?" Well, I'll tell you. They will get rid of Cliven Bundy, the last man standing on the Bunkerville allotment and then they will close all the roads so no one can ever go on it again. Next, it's Utah's turn. Mark my words, Utah is next. Then there's the issue of the cattle that are at this moment being stolen. See even if dad hasn't paid them, those cattle do belong to him. Regardless where they are they are my fathers property. His herd has been part of that range for over a hundred years, long before the BLM even exsisted. Now the Feds think they can just come in and remove them and sell them without a legal brand inspection or without my dad's signature on it. They think they can take them over two boarders, which is illegal, ask any trucker. Then they plan to take them to the Richfeild Aucion and sell them. All with our tax money. They have paid off the contract cowboys and the auction owner as well as the Nevada brand inspector with our tax dollars. See how slick they are? Well, this is it in a nut shell. Thanks"

On a side note, the reason the fedgov feels that they have power or jurisdiction (in reality a duty) in this matter is a very subtle and yet very important one. There is an old saying that once freedom is given away it is impossible to get back. Well this is true of all but one scenario and that is when you are willing to fight and to die for it. I will illustrate three examples of how this works.

    1. Native Americans have had offers from the Gov of money for their land. Some have accepted. We know these spots as reservations. Some Indians refused this money and operate as they feel free with disregard to our borders (IE: the free Lakota). Others took the money with conditions attached. This is why some Indian land has Casinos, some have not, and some have complete freedom to operate unrestrained. Once they gave away their god given rights to do a thing, they never again get them back. Once you cross that line it is up to the slave masters to relinquish that power, and slave masters are loathe to relinquish. See also the recent Mohawk police standoff and gun fight.

    2. There was a man in New York who got pulled over by police. They asked him for his drivers license. He asked if he was obliged to have one. They threatened him, shouted at him, told him to give them his drivers license but never breached his car. At the end of twenty minutes the officers were ready to leave but the man told them if he pulled out his drivers license would they let him go. The officers said yes and so the man pulled it out. They immediately pummeled him, pulled him from his car, and severely beat him before arresting him whereas moments prior they were about to let him go. Once it was established that he was a child of the state they had proven he was a slave under their control. This video is probably still on youtube.

    3. The Bundy's had paid the fees to graze on the land that they previously grazed on for free. After that time they decided that the fees were immoral and unethical. They then refused to pay the fees and yet continued to use the land to graze their cattle. Before they had paid those fees they were in contempt of the idea of authority over them. After paying the fees they had accepted the state's authority over them and hence the state is obliged to teach them a lesson as they are now children of the state. The only way out of this is either for them to submit as slaves (children of the state) or to be willing to fight to the death for their land.

You may also remember a time in the early 1900s when land tax was a new thing. There was even a movie (The Mating Game 1959) made about how people had to have tax men go door to door and get them to agree and sign papers that they would pay "their fair share". Before this time land was held in the alodium. Many people think that this was just a formality, that people would have to pay those taxes one way or another, but its not true. Once they get you to agree to any part of slavery, you are fighting it for the rest of your life and your children's lives. Stand for freedom always, never give it away, and you will always have it. You may have to fight but at least you will know that you have always lived free and never as a slave.

This may sound harsh and it is meant to. This is the world that the British Admiralty Regency has created. Many of you may know that name as the BAR. Lawyers pass the BAR. Our statutory law is based upon the BAR under the Queen of England. This is why all lawyers have Esquire titles of nobility. The BAR is how slaves are made. American law is in the Constitution, not statutes.

I have been following this close because that is one of my biggest issues is with Federal/State/Local Governments taking peoples land. Now the Feds are claiming this as Federal lands but this Ranchers and his family has worked it for years and now the Fed are screaming about the cattle and endangered species. First I'm not saying this species is not endangered, I am saying I think the excuse of the cattle is B/S. If the government wants to save the wildlife along with a lot of human sickness and death all they need to do is stop pumping Government waste (toxins and poisons) into the land, streams and air. Quit raping the lands for their own personal gain and saying it's for the betterment of society. This is just the start and we will see a lot more of it as time goes on by the time Big Brother is done we will all be living on government lands in government housing just like in a lot of other countries (A Government State). How can this be government land? Hell they stole it from Native Americans!! If they own it they should have a bill of sale where they paid for it. (I do for my property) I just want to warn the Bundy's if the Government sends in food and blankets don't use them that's how they tricked the Indians. with rotted food and smallpox infected blankets. There is no difference than the Government doing things like this than coming in to our homes and taking our firearms (These are just test runs on how far they can push the people before we push back). Another thing is if they are so worried about the endangered species why are they taking his cattle and selling them for back grazing fees where will that money go? I know to pay the overtime for the Federal L.E.O.s working to run this man and his family over. The Government has became a gang of thugs like the Mob and what shames me as an L.E.O. they try to use us as Henchmen or enforcers. If you don't believe me read over the RICO ACT and see how many times our Government would fit the requirements for Criminal Enterprising. Well I'll quit whining the top of my head is going numb. The way I see it is this man has worked it for years made repairs and up keep out of his own pocket not tax payers money. The man and his family should be left alone to run his ranch to provide for him and his family as for the Government they should pack their $h!t and go home you don't own and can't claim stolen property.
