Looks like a "Photoshop" to me. Note behind his right wrist. The color of the cover doesn't extend that far. Also the bottom of the book cover is visible in front of his arm. People carry books, especially large ones, tucked under their arm not balanced in front of it. I say fake.
good catch on the color, I see a difference in sharpness or contrast between the book and w. I was watching some 911 conspiracy stuff and ran into this and claims about jewish leaders controlling everything and "zionism"( which are trigger words screaming "aryan nations antisemitic" crap to me , immediately discrediting the entire multi hour "expose".)..
