Well we shot our steer today and skinned him out and got him hung to cool. I got the pics of this part and will post them in the next couple of days and will probably do the cutting Fri or Sat and post the second part then over the weekend or the first of the week. May try and do a chicken or 2 and rabbit or 2 for it also.
