Homemade butter on the cheap and made easy.

What you will need is a mason jar and a paint can, and a wooden clothespin. The old fashioned kind without the spring. Or a wooden dowel about the same size. Some rags or dish towels.

What I do is check the discounted dairy section of my grocery store, once in a while they will mark down cream that is about to expire that day, which is the best cream for making butter. I take it home and just before I go to bed I take it out of the fridge, and set...
