I'm sure you have seen the video that Soy boy Beto O'Dork stated plainly that he is going to take our guns. But its also common knowledge that he is a convicted felon! He himself can not own a gun or vote. So how does he qualify to run for office of president? He would not even get my vote for dog catcher. Any legal eagles here that can shed some light on this?

Yes he can. As Chell pointed out he is completely eligible to run. As for his voting record read a little further into it. The few times he voted with the repub side it was with RINOs and should not obscure his stated aims in the last election cycle and for damn sure not this cycle. I question your statement that Beto is a Convicted Felon…. He does have a DWI and possible Evading charge on his record, but it was plea bargained down, when he agreed to a Court Ordered diversion to a Treatment Program, which he completed.. He also was once charged with Burglary, while in college, but the case was dropped by the complainant…. Silver Spoon Family Influence….
