    They'll never grasp the fact that the firearms they're banning are the most effective firearms for the majority of the population to defend themselves with. Taking away guns just makes them easier targets.

    Murderers don't need guns. People are fragile, and without firearms relatively defenseless against a man with a knife, a bat, or a truck. So you ban all those too? Then they start using acid and fire. Poison the water supply, cause dams to collapse, or just beat people with their hands until their skulls cave in.

    Canada has it backwards. Mass shootings most often take place in "gun free zones." So the goal is now to make all of Canada a giant gun free zone? They need more guns in the right hands to eliminate the crazies as soon as they show up, not fewer guns.
