We did have a few ye-haws (kids ) jump on a swimming moose's back & get in trouble this year.

I suspect that the high majority of folks on this site DO pay their own way.
many many many (as trump would say) Do not pay their own way... they live off the gov't and those of us who do pay!

and i'll add, that I am tired of carrying those who don't pay their own way...

Canada has Taxes of 12% on everything (food that is not prepared so-far is still not taxed but tariff hidden ) PLUS LEVYS that are taxed also , So income, property,insurance ,mortgage & land loan tax & we have medical deductions , old age & Unemployment insurance off each pay check. Canadians CAN NOT have a deduction on the interest payments out or loan costs..
where I live my USG fuel is 4.75/gallon to 5.50 /usg

I went through Canada once during the winter in the late 1970s.
I liked it.
The culture and the people I met were very good to me .
Well Yes we all are, kinda normal here.
