@marlas1too That is seriously cool and I thank you for sharing your garden!!! It appears we live in the same kind of place. However, our garden has an electric fence to keep the deer out. It's our own fault as we feed the deer all winter. So this is the house of "free stuff..."
Nice set up Marlas. I hope you have some system for factoring in crop rotation, otherwise pest build up may become a problem.
I think it formally belonged to the Owl and the Pussycat, and if I am not mistaken, still has the vestiges of its pea green colour. people give me boats that wont float or can be repaired so i cut the bottom out of them and fill with manure have another boat on the other side of the house that hac radishs in it this year and yes i rotate each year and switch around the veggies--had greens till feb. too

Shopping cart gardens. Bottom and sides should be enclosed with plastic or some other material so that the growing medium does not dry out too quickly.
