    The jury has been out since April. It's back, and the verdict is in: No go. The LCP is going into the safe or on the block, it just isn't the right thing for the job with all the downsides of control, difficult operation and the absolutely horrible trigger. Now that cooler weather is here, I've switched to the full size 1911 since I can conceal it under a mid length jacket. The search is back on for something before spring makes the 1911 too obvious again.

    (There's a gun shop south of here I haven't been inside yet.)

    I would look at the smaller Kahr pistols or the baby XD/Glocks.

    Small is relative, but I get the message. Might think commander size after I get to handle one. Hope he has a stock to go with his adverts.
