Lil Bootsie weighed in a 4.0 today at the vets!

 

I haven't thought of that superstition in a couple decades. We've had near twenty black cats over the years, and only one, Mouse, hasn't been super sweet and loving.
Maybe she's pissed because I named her Mouse. Puppy and Dog seem to like their names.

 

Warm laundry was irresistible to Q-Tip. She never got more than large kitten size, but she lived 13 years.

 

No way this would work with my cats. I had a tiny one eyed cat that could jump to the top of the refrigerator. She couldn't judge distance very well, so rather than go for the edge, she'd just jump all the way to the top. Made it look easy.
