The very fact that politicians borrow from this fund shows that it is not sacrosanct to them, yet the mere utterance of doing away with it causes people to get a bee in their bonnet. This is the biggest scam ever done on the American people and a cash cow.

If I could stop paying in, I'd stop too. I wouldn't forfeit because you can't forfeit a tax. I consider the money that is swiped from my check that I will most likely never see again, stolen. 100% stolen.
