Maker is Chris Reeve, in Idaho. Those blades don't show a mark indicating they are Chris's work. No provenance, no sale to me. Value is highly dependent on mfr's data when it comes to custom. Chris Reeve Knives While I like the style of both in the pic, the carving on the scales is at the very best (to me) horrible. If they were mine, I'd sand it all off. That is my observation only, don't let it influence you.
…… I don’t think he means CRK. There is also a Big Chris Knives that I am aware of, these look more like his work but I am not familiar with the brand.
Actually this knives were made in San Diego by a Chris Christensen the grandfather made them. He died in 2003. Just seeing if anyone knows
In other words, we don't know what the materials are and the maker is also uncertain. Makes them worth what ever a customer is willing to pay for a knife without a sheath. Sorry @Pennstatefan perhaps it isn't the most satisfactory answer for you, but there it seems to be.
