I listened to the concerned citizens interview on this today. He is absolutely correct in his assertions that you can not allow our public servants to violate the law. The slippery slope of complacency in this nation is allowing the .gov to get away with everything. And that translates into us serving them at some point vs them being answerable to the citizenry of this nation.
