Well what I see happening is they buy a "gun", doesn't matter what, it is a "GUN"! BIG mojo there, scary, dangerous, (Outer Limits music playing), and now they are POWERFUL! NOT afraid! Strong! Of course being com-tards, they won't have any ammo (either NONE, or possibly ONE box, if they couldn't figure out how to only get one cylinder full, magazine full, etc. which is all they need of course) and will not learn to use it at all. After all it is a magic wand, you wave it around and it saves you (see any movie/TV show).

This does several things, good and bad. First, it drives guns sales - Good. SOME MIGHT learn that guns are not able to attack on their own, they need a human to make them work. The first sign that what they have been told is a lie - good. Since the majority will never learn (are incapable of learning actually) they will wave the gun around and get it taken away from them and probably shot - good/bad. Good because it gets rid of the lib-tards, bad because now baddies will have the guns (with no ammo - good). I was going to say "the more intelligent of them", but think that "less stupid of them" is probably more accurate, will start waking up, not much of course, but enough to be useful, if only for cannon fodder or land mine finding, which is still more than they do now, which is turn good food into human waste.

May be the ownership of a gun may sober them up a bit and realize the responsibility they have with such a powerful tool.
People change some times when the ball in in their court and they become the one that hated.

If I do not guard the rights of even those I hate I open the way for the loss of my own...

If you give Government the right to persecute your enemies or those you hate...

eventually... because of it's very nature... Government will come for your rights...

I live (unfortunately) in a liberal area, and I can tell you that I know a lot of liberals who are very familiar with guns and many of them (including relatives) have CHL's, so it's a myth that all liberals are unfamiliar with them. What separates them from us is the concept that arms are an inalienable right as opposed to a privilege granted by the government.

Outside inner city cores liberals are fine with hunting and protection. They are OK with concealed but not OK with open "scary" carry. They like registration, licenses, required safes and gun locks. They fear that we on the right are armed and would like to disarm us "racist nut cases" while retaining that "privilege" for themselves (as long as someone named Clinton or Obama is OK with that).

Any mention of an AR, AK, etc. automatically made you a dangerous racist "gun nut" prior to Trump's election. Now that they are fearful of government (which they and we should always be) these weapons are looking better. I'm hoping that they can finally understand why we are so adamant about the Second Amendment and they will finally get it. I don't think I'd place any money that direction as they see us as the enemy, and not a government of tyranny.

The majority of criminals don't need to do straw purchases...the people they are buying (or stealing/borrowing) from aren't dealers. I have no idea where this BS stat got started, but it is just that, BS. Why would anyone go through the trouble to set up a straw purchase via a gun dealer when there are so many PFC (private freakin citizen) and "black market" sources available that are easier and less risky to use?. In the time it would take you to convince someone else to go to a dealer and make a purchase for you, I could probably buy 20 guns from various sources - even in Clovis.

As far as the snowflakes arming up goes...good for them...perhaps they'll get an education - one way or another. ;)

They freak out at the concept of others having power over them, or the ability to resist them...because they are armed. Now that they have been slapped in the face that those who are armed are actually not just a small percentage of nuts...but at least half the population of the country, the light bulb seems to be coming on in their widdle heads that, without government and their armed thugs to do their dirty work, they may have to arm up and attempt to do it themselves.

It is, and always has been, about control...or the illusion of control. When Trump got elected, they realized they didn't have the control they thought they did...and that what they did have was just drastically reduced.

It was an FBI report detailing where criminals sourced their guns.
It was comissioned roughly the same time that the useful idiots were making a big deal about the "gun show loop hole".
I would bet the political motivation from the top was to hopefully find that criminals were getting guns from gun shows or privet sales as their number 1 or 2 source to justify passing a universal background check law.
And thats not what they found at all.
What they found was that they need to enforce the damned laws they already passed. Then holder said "law enforcement doesn't have enough time to do their job" as an excuse.

I think a lot of convinced felons are so paranoid that an Internet gun sale could be part of a police sting they stick to getting guns through straw purchase or buy a stolen one from a trusted source.

That kind of BS and liberal/socialist/communistic mentality will cease & desist after 1/20/2017... hopefully.

Owning a gun and knowing how to use it are two different animals. I don't see them going to class to learn how to use a gun, they think owning one makes them Rambo.

The FBI doesn't know it's butt from a hole in the ground.

The only "internet sales" by private parties (No FFL involved on either end) are if you happen to live in the same state as the seller - and it isn;'t just felons who are leery of those.

Again, if anyone, felon or otherwise, wants a gun, there are plenty of local sources that are not dealers where they can get one (buy/borrow/steal)...without having to bother with the internet or straw purchases.

In regards to internet trolling...the following is more accurate than the usual pics of trolls:

It's like when I was a kid and would ride my bike or drive my car around the local police station or district HQ (other than the one my dad was assigned), dragging a bunch of corn cobs off the back, until finally a cop would flag me down and ask what I was doing, to which I would calmly reply: "trolling for pigs, of course - and lookie, I gots one!" :D
