Here's a place and time to list out your fave Xmas cookies and how to make 'em.

Springerle is it for me. Take a few days to exercise your forearm and start NOW so they'll be properly cured by Christmas Day.

    Tropical Song Cookies :)

    1 C rolled oats
    1/2 C butter, diced
    1/2 C shredded coconut
    1/2 C all-purpose flour
    1/4 C self-rising flour
    1/2 C crushed pineapple, drained
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a cookie sheet.
In a bowl, thoroughly mix the brown sugar, oats, butter, coconut, all-purpose flour, self-rising flour, pineapple, egg, lime juice, and vanilla extract.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.
