I was down in Puerto Plata, D.R. last week on a salvage; a barge loaded with gravel broke it's tow-wire and went aground. The tug got the broken tow-wire fouled in it's wheels and lost it's ability to maneuver so it went aground too.
Not a good place to be I worked in Santa Domingo, It is not a good place to live and work. The hotels and most businesses that handle money have men with shotguns at the doors. Disease and poverty are rampant. The north east end of the island is for the tourists, only the workers are allowed at the tourist areas. It's an area they try to keep clean and crime free. WE won't talk about Haiti!
Oh sure-he gets to do this stuff then comes back and dumps a pile of paper on my desk and says: "Take care of this"
LOL...bitch, bitch, bitch; you're getting as bad as the seamonkeys. You want some cheese with that whine?
