    My Savage Model 10 tactical in 308 Winchester laying on top of him.Shot with a Hornady 165 grain SST filled with a stiff dose of Varget. :D

    Here is another one of my favorite rifle for calling coyotes,a Weatherby Vanguard in 223 Rem shooting 40 grain VMAX handloads.Groups .31" at 100 yards..Deadly wicked on yotes.

    cool I use a 25-06 used to use a 6mm but with all of our Big cats around my 25-05 fits the bill.
    Yotes here are all over and super long range hunting to be had, Nice dog ya got there, I see your not a smoker.

    I swapped my 25-06 a while back,My25-06 Ackley Improved is about finished though,was supposed to be done a while back...
    I have a 6mm Rem too bro,but its a bench rest rifle and is to heavy for me to pack in the field.I`ll get a pic of it for ya.Nice rig with a 6x18 Redfield on a 721 action, with a Jewell trigger and Douglas barrel with a boss on it... ;)

    Not to take it back to the original topic to much but figured would just toss it out there that while the flavor may not be that good, if youre hungry then anything with fins, feathers or fur is edible but its best to avoid (from what I hear) the organs on carnivors and the areas toward the head on snakes if they are venimous. Beyond that if it swims flys or walks its meat when your hungry.
