Just saw this article and how much it has to do with this topic. Starbucks chief executive apologises for arrests of two black men

"If you think about it logically, that if a business calls and they say that someone is here that I no longer wish to be in my business, they (the officers) now have a legal obligation to carry out their duties. And they did just that," Ross said.

Looks like a business while open to the public still has private property rights (For Now) The fact that the CEO apologized and is going to change their policy because of this is just a pathetic worm IMO. The fact that these two whom were arrested already have an attorney frothing at the mouth reeks of a set up for a lawsuit pay day. And finally the "Six" or so customers that kept trying to interfere in the arrest of the two men, are probably pretty lucky that they did not end up in cuffs as well.

What I ind amusing is it is Starbucks......... A left leaning near Shrine/Temple Status business LOL

I have to wonder how long it takes waiting for a friend (to take a pee?) to become loitering? All the same, the validity of calling the cops remains a question.

If they were asked to leave and refused, the next step would be to call the cops to remove them, when the cops asked several times that they leave and they still refused.... the handcuffs are pretty much a given.

Private Property. Rights prevail over most other rights, in our System of Justice...If you the Owner or Owners Representative, decide someone who is on your Property, needs to leave, and you ask them to vacate, and they refuse, your recourse is to call the local LEO, to enforce your Property Rights, using the Criminal Trsspass Statute of your State... Each States Statute may be a bit different, but. the basic Property Rights are the same, and. the LEO, is required to resolve the issue, by eirher asking the person to leave on their own, get you to change your mind, or arresting the Person, using the Criminal Tresspass Statute... end of issue...

In many ways this is where the civil war is beginning. Kill the business that support those you disagree with, or who wont cow to you, deny services and products. What they fail to realize is the right spends more on large non service items then the left, we are the stuff people cause we do things, not experiences, So in the end if we realize we need to engage we can at least maintain the support and produces for our life style. But we may end up with not lib or no conservative signs on stores, its already started really with no gun signs.

Nope and I have since pretty much lost all of my limp wristed, snowflake, progressive, liberal customers. Amazing how much less stress there is in my life not having to deal with those folks and smile and listen to their idiocy and hope they move along sooner rather than later. BTW only about 10% of my customer base are those kind of folks so no great loss........ I am actually hoping they start a boycot the T5R Campaign so I don't get any more of them in the future.

According to what I have been able to learn a large number of the young left leaners believe that by patronizing a business that by virtue of purchasing the businesses products, that they are in fact investors in the business. Which to a point is true as communities do have a interest in keeping business that provide products or services in their area, but not to the point of making demands of the business or worse demanding changes in the owners personal life and beliefs.

The trend I have REALLY hated more than anything with younger folks has been the quality of employees available in the pool. They really should show me they can do the most basic of jobs before they start telling me how to run the business. The old saying "That is above my pay grade" is a lesson the kid hired to muck out the farrowing sheds could stand to learn. Or the produce pickers understanding picking tomatoes does not qualify you to be a sales rep. And most important "You don't have to like your job you just have to do it."

To be fair I make a terrible employee and hate working for someone else. But I did and kept my mouth shut and did not presume to tell the owners I worked for over the years how to run their business that they had invested hundreds of thousands of dollars of their own money in to starting and growing. Instead I learned from them watching their successes and failures, while doing what I was hired to do. Until I had saved enough money to start my own business and direct it along the course I envisioned, with course corrections a long the way that might not make short term sense but played out to be the best choices in the long run.. So it is a bit offensive when a 20 something year old hired to do mundane jobs.......... That......... to be blunt I have earned the right to not have to do anymore. Decides to tell me what I should or should not be doing or what objectives and goals I should set for the business. LOL on July 8th 2018 is the 20th anni of the T5R. Over that 20 years I have have watched almost all that started up doing this fail and go belly up. Most in the first year, more in the first 3 years about 5% making it 5 years and less than 1% of us making it to the 20 year mark. You just don't survive 20 years in the direct marketing food business and small farm gig by being stupid or taking bad advice (of which there is an abundance of out there). I would and have advised young folks to "Stop being so damn busy knowing everything, to the point that you can't learn anything!)

On the other hand I have a young lady at the ripe old age of 15 that helps me out part time. Says yes sir, no sir, thank you sir, watches everything like a hawk and learns while getting better at the jobs every day. And when asked..... will give her opinion straight and with confidence and the little booger is SMART. LOL if she ever becomes a competitor I will be in trouble :) The big difference between her and the others.......... Her parents and them passing on their values, morality and ethics and being parents. Even more amazing she has reading comprehension and math skills well beyond anyone else I have hired...... and she is home schooled. The others have all been graduates and products of the public school system :( Which leaves me scratching my head wondering what the hell they are actually teaching in public schools now days.

In America if everything you have is paid off and you don't have any debt you are rich.
Your "owning everything" amounts to theft.
