Expect to see the same thing in Flint and Saginaw and the unholy triumvirate of Governor, AG and Sec of State are the perfect storm of corruption, evil and incompetence.
Not a problem as long as they are only registered to vote in a SINGLE jurisdiction. That would need to be investigated. Snow birds, college students, etc. Just remember there are lies, damn lies and statistics. One could make any study fit their bias by cherry picking.
