It's important to prioritize qualifications and expertise when hiring for a job, ensuring that the best person for the role is chosen based on merit.
"Diversity advocate" leaks test answers to help mentally ill coloreds pass psyc test. If you're a exmilitary ATC white dude, you'd already have the answers memorized... Diversify vs Diversity. can we just get back to you shouldn't be stocking anything other than 12GA, 7.62x51, 5.56x45, 9mm and 22lr as every other caliber is boutique like the 57 other genders.
I'm the old white guy that has never missed a day (unless weather related) and has yet to use all of my vacation/paid time off! They're gonna miss me when I retire...someday!
You my friend are a dinosaur new hires now want to now how many vacations days they get, sick days, personal days, and when do they get a raise. oh and bring their mothers to job interviews
Well. I worked in a family business for 30+ years. I took about a month of vacation days over those years, worked 80-hour weeks, worked when sick or hurting, pulled double shifts on weekends and holidays, and rarely missed work due to weather, because I slept at the store. This job by comparison is retirement!
Might want to add 7.62x39, .30-06, .30-30, .45 ACP, .38/.357 and .380 ACP because there are a hell of a lot of them out there.
I just don't understand how .380 continues to be a thing. That's always been a POS round in POS guns in my practical experience. Yeah yeah, there are some expensive and better built .380s not in grandma's purses, but FFS WHY??? Oh, I would argue for .300 Win Mag or 7mm Mag as long range options that are pretty prevalent. Not both, but throw the dice for one and the same odds. Both are sweet shooters.
I remember the ammo shortage. You should have plenty ammo for the firearms you have. That said, during the plandemic .. non-standard (non military/police) calibers weren't being produced. Once the shelves when dry .. you were in for a long wait. What happens next time, maybe your hunting bolty/lever never gets ammo produced again. If you are unable to roll your own replacements, eventually you got a club. Let's say a future administration decides to confiscate .. well, once you run out of boutique ammo .. you are done. Might be better to have resupply hand delivered to your door via waves of bear cats, humvees and squad cars. Just sayin'
I have reloaded at least 2000 rounds for every caliber rifle I own, have enough reloading supplies to reload empty brass --think I'm in good shape
You should have sufficient ammo for any and all guns you own, you should be able to reload ammo for at least some of guns you own, and you might want some ammo for commonly owned calibers in your area that you don't own.
