Sad that anyone should be treated that way. As a Vet I'm disgusted by the actions of that flight crew and more importently by Delta's management. My response to Delta is that I, and my family, will be using some other carrier or taking the train. Complain to Delta in a way they will understand. Deny them your money.
Cato, to like your post, would be to condone the actions of the Delta crew and management. I'm sorry, I can't do that.
