John Conyers, Democrat Michigan dreams up this crap. Part of the reason they go rid of the 10 year tax after giving up citizenship is they can't win that case in court. This is why so many young, successful professionals have recently given up their citizenship. They knew this bill was coming and many were living in Hong Kong/Singapore and were making a ton of money. What did they need US citizenship for when they were living someplace else?
