Found one that is just coconut water. Most expensive that way. From Costco.

 

In the Bahamas coconut water & Gin is a favorite drink other than Kalik. I don't drink anymore, but always disliked Gin.
I'd use the coconut water for health sand drink rum....

Monkey really loves it with some of the meat.

 

Most Saturday mornings are farmers market mornings. Today was no exception. We had our breakfast there too.

Monkey watched as our crepes were made and both she and the proprietor, who was a great guy, posed. Stuffing a fresh baked chocolate croissant into her pie hole.



Even busy scarfing away, she had the presence of mind to see me take out my phone and wipe off her chocolate and Nutella mustache before I could get photographic evidence.



After we got home, had some iced French press coffee.



Trying to eat light today to save room for the epic Dads' Night Out sushi buffet.

Fresh produce means I make lomi sea asparagus to go with fresh poi. But first, have to let the flavors incorporate in the fridge.

 

Hilo Farmers Market, one of the best.

Someday I'm going back to KMC for a week or so.

Coconut trifecta...

Meat, water, and husk (cordage, tinder, and in our case compost).

 

I love farmers markets! And go regularly. You get to know the folks there after a while.

Nice ladies at several stalls will usually give me free fruit, like papaya.

Got freshly picked lychee today too. Will take a picture when I have some with the monkey.

I always add fresh veggies, meat, and brown rice to the dogs' food along with a load of their supplements. Went for long beans today. The nice man gave me all this for $5.

One of his farmers that supplies him overheard our conversation and we started talking dogs. He also gives his dogs lots of healthy stuff. So I learned something today. We agreed that diatomaceous earth is awesome and super healthy. And I learned that papaya seed is too. So will add some to the pups' dinner later and see how they take it. He also gives his dogs a little healthy organic tobacco. Something I am not ready to try.

 

We used to worm donkeys and mules by feeding them chewing tobacco. It worked great

No explosive effects.

 

That’s what he said they were great for. Said ancient Chinese used that method.

 

Since wifee and daughter’s flight delayed, grabbed a handful of lychee for quality control.
