The NEW gun purchase document (use to be Yellow form) is being changed again. I would guess that since Fast and Furious bombed out and they got caught, meaning the Feds, that now they have removed some of the conditions for an alien's gun purchase. NO longer does an alien need to prove a residence of 90 days!!!!! Now it's belly up to the counter, lay down the $$ and Bingo, you win a new toy to sell across the boarder. Coming to a Gun store near you in a short-short. Just another move by Obama's boys to buy votes from Latinos and set up more straw man purchase of weapons, so that later they can say the US Gun owner and Seller caused the problem.
