Anytime I see something that says "XX timeframe" and is meant to be unsettling, It is pretty much a story. Albeit, it may have some truth, but obscured by fiction. One needs to look at the authors motives for making the statement. And I have no idea who Doug is.

It is said that even a stopped clock is right, twice a day....that is to say that a stopped clock's hands are aligned with the correct time two seconds in every 86,400 seconds. Does Doug's / Quayle's article align with those two seconds in 86,400, or somewhere else in the day's 86,400 seconds? I call the article B.S......but it works for Steve...there are several websites (of the conspiracy theory kind) referencing Steve Quayle's article, and undoubtedly he will get a few more visitors to his site than he might otherwise have gotten. Has the article's claims been fact checked? Has the article's claims been corroborated independently? What credible evidence is there that supports the article's claims? The article seems to appeal to the confirmation bias of those who are already paranoid about FEMA....."The truth is out there"...cue to Twilight Zone or X Files theme music according to taste.
I guess Quayle isn't going to make much of a fuss if he bothered to mention that the 5 week timeframe just happens to mesh with the start of the Atlantic hurricane season upswing. Doesn't fit his agenda And yes, there was a meeting discussing preparations for just such events. Local, parish (county), state and federal reps...same as last year. Yawn....
Maybe they are getting ready for the death of Nelson Mandela and the possible reactions in this country. Or it could just be the usual expecting of some Katrina/Sandy like hurricanes.
meh. When they come for the cities, I'm not going to do anything except watch and learn. When they hit the suburbs, I'll get the dozer and the charges ready. once they hit the villages and hamlets, I'll join in the resistance. But, if they come for the farmland first. Well, I'll just be in it. Until then, watching and keep on keeping on.

Mostly if he is found not guilty. If it wasn't for those like Jesse and Al who profit from race, no one would know who Zimmerman even is and he'd still be doing his neighborhood watch beat.
Quale's BS has to be taken with a "grain of salt". Considering what has been going on with the militarization of our LEO depts--anything is possible. Lots of people are expecting trouble on the horizon such as this.
