So, originally, I thought I just had diabetes, which was later confirmed. Then, it was possibly one version of Hepatitis. After after having been misdiagnosis so many times previously. throughout my years here, I almost gave up on visiting doctor in Cambodia. Then, after a recent visit with a doctor from the Philippines, she gave me hope, in diagnosing me with possible gallstones. Not that I had gallstones, mind you. But, the fact that my symptoms actually led to that as being a genuine diagnosis. However, after learning I would be seeing a surgeon from England, light again, was seen at the end of the tunnel. I had received excellent treatment from Filipino doctors during my years in the Philippines. Of course, after my consultation with the surgeon, a CT scan, and some additional blood tests, it turns out I have pancreatic cancer. The gentleman was apprehensive to give me any sort of a timeline, until having been pressed into doing so. Upon doing so, he estimated between 6 and 12 months. But, stated he was not God, and that was his best estimate. By the way, he charged me nothing for my consultations. And, he gave me his personal cell number and informed me to ring him at anytime, with any questions or concerns regarding my illness. I have noticed that I tire more easily now, and tend to make more errors in composting posts, emails, etc. I will try to check them more thoroughly, though prior to sending them, if / when possible. If I fail to succeed at that, my apologies in advance.
