Finally TRUTH about Slavery in Africa to the Americas.

Our country has never healed, at least in the South as a conquered nation. We have subsided by distraction and slight of hand. Reconstruction was nothing but looting the remaining spoils of war and denigrating the population. That is where the birth of the ignorant southern redneck began and was foisted and fed until it was ingrained. It persists today with Hollywood promoting the ignorant racist Southerner. Truth be told, most of the freed slaves migrated north to work as cheap labor in the mills and factories for a fraction of the wages paid to their white bosses. Those that stayed tended to work as share-croppers on subsistence farms right along side their white counter-parts. Remember that over a third of the working aged men in the south were killed during the war and nearly all of the horses and live stock were either destroyed or taken by the invading and occupying troops. White former land owners were working as field-hands and paying ridiculous taxes, fines, and reparations. Many were in direct competition of what little was left to recover with what they had formerly looked upon as property. Blacks were not legally entitled to vote and segregation was still mandated by the occupying northern army, but former confederates were even lower on the totem pole. Even today, the scars of reconstruction still have an impact on our upbringing and we have a basic distrust of Yankees and the Federal Government. The Democratic party used to be about the South but was taken over by snowflakes so even that recourse has been usurped. An army was defeated and a land beaten into submission but the war has never ended. Our war is not with the North or with blacks but with a Federal Government that wants so damned much control.

Nobody won except the Government. After the war Blacks were just as persecuted and manipulated in the North as any group has been.

The people of the North were portrayed as supporting a "popular war" this is and was a flat out lie. In the north they had draft riots, a draftee, if rich enough could pay for someone to take their place. No Winner!

Both sides lost the best of the young as well as some of the older generation.
No Winner!

Blacks just became more poor in the south and poor as well as being marginalized in the North.
No Winner!

Land owners in the South lost a generation to carry on with the Family business.
No Winner!

Carpet Baggers, acting in the same way as any cheap conniving Camp Follower Whore, followed the Northern Army of occupation into the South to buy now cheap land and joined with the Democrats to rape both the Whites and the Blacks.
No Winner!

This forced even more Blacks to move North and became low paying wage slaves and removed them from supporting family members in the South. Black Prostitution Flourished and the basic single parent family became the norm.
No Winner!

The only winner was and is the same group of low life politicians you see now trying to sink our President since they have lost some of their control.
No Winner For the People of either side.

Neither the North or South population won and this continues to this day.

And of course, in a real fight both sides look pretty beat up when the whistle blows.

 

One thing the people who politicize slavery never mention is that there are currently more slaves than at any point in history. CNN, for all their Trump insanity did an excellent series on slavery a few years back. The vast majority of slaves live in equatorial Africa and parts of Asia. It's estimated that about one half of the world's chocolate is harvested by slaves.

I always wonder why the people who are so fixated on US Slavery that ended over 150 years ago do not take up the cause of the millions currently enslaved. It's not like it's a big secret.
