Well took the fire steel and flint outside and with a bundle of tinder kept in my pocket all day, because it was soaking wet, got the thing going after two strikes on the stone. Realy its as easy as that. Dry tinder and its a done deal. Great to know that if need be I never have to worry about matches to get my fire going again. ____
