We are constantly bombarded with the rise of evil in our world. Satanic imagery on our televisions, pornagraphic materials in our libraries, sick and perverted practices in our schools. People are getting tired of it, God is getting tired of it, our young people are getting tired of it. The push back has begun. The spirit of God will not be still forever.

Amen to both. If we don’t get back to the first we will surely reap the second.

We are told, by the Prophets that these are signs of “ The Last Days” just before the “ Second Coming of the Lord”. if one believes in the Good Books…

We don't escape the trampling by the horseman before the bugler heralds His return. Just pray that we are right in our belief we ARE the righteous.

I do believe people are, more now than ever before, looking for something in their lives that has been lost, especially young people. They can't get it from the internet or Nike shoes or iPhone or drugs/alcohol or tattoos or metal piercings - they tried. Their lives are missing something, they're empty inside and no matter how much they eat or drink they cannot be sated. In truth, their emptiness is not all their fault. Religion itself has deserted them in many ways by not staying true to its own teachings or going against its own teachings when its politically advantageous or, sadly, protecting evil within its own religion to retain power by deserting the good.

So, I do not find this strange whatsoever. People are finding God on their own, not through some institutionalize version. Me, I love God but dislike all religions. I think they are all corrupt, much like governments, and certainly cannot be trusted.

I agree. I was a high school teacher for a few years and it was sad to see how much of a dramatic shift has happened in mainstream values. I think all of this nonsense is a distraction from much bigger issues. Everyone has become so distracted and divided and accountability has dissolved at an alarming rate.

Like it or not, the Christians of America represent the traditional values of this nation, it's authority is made manifest by the daily practices and procedures of those within our society. Essentially, any sociology book of old will say this is "Traditional Authority", which gains legitimacy with time and practice. The major hurdle of the Communists is to circumvent these traditions and implement the tenets of their agenda, ushering in an age of disillusion and turmoil. Only those who stand to gain power and authority from the radicalization of the social structure will benefit.

It is therefore not only logical, but essential to stand by the Christians of the United States and repel any and all attacks.

@Brokor "It is therefore not only logical, but essential to stand by the Christians of the United States and repel any and all attacks."

Please don't misunderstand, I would most definitely stand with and support any Christian and Christian values. I am a Christian. I just have a difficult time supporting religions. Every time I think I find one worthy of my belief they turn out to be hypocrites or worse.

I was baptized Russian Orthodox because it made my wife and mother-in-law extremely happy and I thought they no one could be more serious about their faith but...but now, we see their Pope advocating war in the Ukraine, in lock step with Putin... No thanks, I'm done.

I am not knocking anyone that gets enjoyment and/or spiritual strength from their religion because I do too but institutionalize religions seem more about money and power than anything else to me so...I don't need them.

There is a difference between faith and religion. Religion is a man made construct, faith is a spiritual experience and knowledge.

There is a significant difference between a prophecy fulfilled and a carefully executed delivery of what appears to be the same. In other words, what is often seen is created to instill a sense of awe, power, and of course...fear.

The formation of religions is as old as anything human related, and the earliest civilizations within our iteration quickly adopted the war-like tendencies and followed the Eagle. The issue was, how do you convince somebody else to die for your cause, but not just this -to also endure great pain and suffering with little to no tangible reward. Naturally, those civilizations with the largest number of philosophers and free thinkers adopted a more complicated spiritual approach. The end result was always the same, however. It is never a question of whether or not a religion is real or true or accurate and meaningful and just -it's a matter of validating the root cause for it to even exist in the first place. Listen, there may have been a time, long before this iteration of humanity we've come to accept as the only intelligent species, when the people of that era followed a different path. Instead of worshiping the Eagle and taking on an aggressive posture, they followed the Serpent. In some of the oldest ruins and excavations, we can sometimes catch a glimpse of this serpent and the people associated with it were always, seemingly a spiritual and peaceful type. Of course, we are taught that a serpent is evil, that lizard people control the elites of the world, and an eagle is majestic and powerful.

And yet, if we take the time to think about it, isn't the Rod of Asclepius a rod entwined with a single snake, derived from the Greek God for medicinal healing? And the Caduceus is a symbol with a short staff entwined by two serpents? And our medical field today probably doesn't truly understand the reference. What about Moses, then? With its seeming power over death, the serpent became a symbol of deliverance. Moses raised a bronze serpent on a staff upon which the afflicted might look and be healed (Numbers 21:6-9).

I don't mention this eagle and serpent topic just to pay homage to the many fables and myths, nor to attract people to any cult or egoist philosophy. I'm certain you can all do your own homework, here. I simply bring this duality to light in an attempt to illustrate the psychological manipulation and the implications of society on the human condition. One thing is certain -we are being deceived. To what end and purpose may be up for debate until the end of our time, and then another iteration of humanity will replace us and perhaps not make the same mistakes.
The only problem is, one cannot learn from a mistake if there's no evidence and no message to read. How do you communicate with a people who do not yet exist, across millennia and with the ravages of time?

Where one gets their knowledge matters, right or wrong, accurate or vague.
When God made Adam and put him in the garden, God was his sole source of information, however God designed that choices must be made, hence the tree of the knowledge off good and evil.
God warned him not to even touch it but Adam chose this alternative source.
This sin is what divided man from God, and still does.
Over time God set aside a people of promise to Abraham because "he" respected God, and God gave him religion and the use of academics to culture men that might respect God as well. "Old testament law"
Due to man's rebellious nature this did not bring about a relationship except in a few.
The nature of God's redeemer for man was revealed through out the old testament, then Jesus was revealed.
Jesus provided the example and demonstrated the relationship God has in mind for man. and to give him the power to live in such a way provided the Holy Spirit for those choosing to live under Jesus Lordship.
Man's salvation is not in academics, but in a relationship taking direction from God, not alternatives men choose in lace of God.
Old Testament priests failed to make this clear to the people enjoying the power they had over the people, and to this day many men choose this path thinking judgment will differ to their teachers exonerating themselves, when both will bear judgment for sin. Lacking God's own influence.
As I said from the beginning, "Where one gets their knowledge matters."
After I had asked Jesus into my life I recognized God's presents everywhere in everything, no where to hide. And from that time on God has been teaching me both privately and using other means as well.
I respect the writers of the New Testament, but my chief concern are those things Jesus said. Having studied the whole bible, I can see the relevance Jesus demonstrated Himself to be God and His effort to reach man.
Years ago (1970s) when things look similar as they do today and a great many thought it were end times, people were handing me books on the issue, but attempting to read them, I couldn't absorb the information, and I asked God Why? God said, "I will tell you what you need to know when the time comes." And with that I am satisfied not to worry about it.
