This is the closest Moose to my Home todate, 10 years ago it would have been un-heard of.
Nice Quig. Is there a season for Moose in your neighborhood? Looks like about 600 Yds....
no none yet in Oregon, hopefully before im too old, or the Wolf packs take them all I might get to hunt them some day.
Pretty country. I'm envious.
Were the moose re-introduced or are they naturally moving south/west? It doesn't look very "moose-y" there (compared with the places I've seen moose)
This one is on vacation. I was able to snap a closeup:
TheEconomist: Dude....why don't you ignore me for a while. The frequency of superfluous posts is just sucking up bandwidth.
They are naturally moving
I didn't see any horns on that one.... You need to find a couple of Horny Ones to go with that one.....
That's really cool. I'm sure the environmental whackos will take credit. The best way to ensure species' survival and proliferation is to create a hunting season for it.
Yea, except this one is on the Umatilla reservation LOL they cant do nothing about it one way or the other.
Except they will shoot it in a drunken haze thinking it is a cow elk!
Now that Moose is about 150 ft tall..... He would feed a whole Village, for all winter.....
So we have a suitor?
How can he go wrong with a belly button like that?
