I sautéed garlic with a pinch of salt. Tossed in the greens and ginger. A splash of chicken broth, a splash of soy sauce and a splash of sesame oil. Stirred and covered to steam. Topped with a drizzle of oyster sauce.
That's how I make it also some times I buy turnip and put in mine also because I like turnip greens better but I like all greens.
don't need any soy sauce... just greens and hockswith pepper vinegar doused on top after they are cooked... Yummy....
Mustard greens drizzled with HOT bacon grease served with bacon, cornbread and onion. Eat it fast before it gets cold!
