Last year about this time, postings started on the rising fuel and other food costs. Last Thursday (Dec 29th), I purchased fuel at 2.979 per gal at FSH, TX. On Tuesday, when I came to work, the price was 3.059/Gal and then this morning it was 3.159 per gal. Has fuel cost gone up that much in other areas?
About .20 here in the past week rumor has it around here that in the next moth or two food, gas and other things such as electric is going to jump. I figured electric would with O-dumba$$ closing the coal plants
How do you cripple a countries economic engine? You continue to hinder it's growth by limiting, decreasing The available energy sources, limited drilling, closing power plants, Not allowing the new nuclear power and coal plants to be constructed. The America economy will not recover with high and increasing Energy cost.
Monday was 3.249 Today was 3.499 Regular Unleaded. My prediction (unless Iran closes the Straights of Hormuz) is 4.999 by August. I'd hate to know what it's going for in Avarice's neck of Kommifornication.
Gasoline is $5.00US/USG Here at my Tank Farm.... Been that price since Sept 15th, and will stay that price until May 15th..... YMMV....
Gasoline was $2.96/gallon here one week ago. It is at $3.59/gal today. My prediction if they close the Strait for even just one week? $7.00/gal or BETTER regular unleaded. When oil trades for $300/BBL, that is the price it'll be.
My son just informed me that he is currently paying $1.30 a litre which works out at $5.20 for 4 litres.....roughly equivalent to your gallon. Makes you think twice about running into town (roughly 10 miles) when you need just one thing, we try to save up the trips and then we end up spending a large part of a day running around town getting all the errands done! It can be a real pain in the neck having to wait to get stuff you really need - which is another good reason for having my own "convenience store" in the back room, lol. How much gas we must have wasted before I started prepping!
We were out and about on Saturday....saw a low of 2.64 and a high of 2.99.....sometimes within a mile of each other.
149.9 here and were Volume corrected BS so a 20L jug can take 24L to fill to the line as the pump says .. Time for purge off all elected and un-elected 595.5 / USG in cdn funds
