Sunday is run day. Wifee got to run unencumbered and I ran the dog. I got home first after about an hour and a half. Wifee ran farther and got home after about two hours or so. Took care of the dog first, then made something to replenish the energy. Coffee, of course. And sandwiches. We each had half of a peanut butter and guava jelly sandwich. And half of a butter and Nutella sandwich. That was a monkey creation and pretty good.
