I paid off my Citi credit card (yes, I know it's not a bank account) and not only are they not getting any more money from me, but I had about 102 bucks in rewards cash that I claimed. If I were me, and I am.. I would pay off my Citi cards, and if I was in the rewards program, get my cash and stick it to 'em as much as I could. I would also close any personal banking accounts with them. But hey, that's just me.
