No need to buy the book. I just found it incredibly helpful. Eat meat, vegetables and saturated fat, don't eat grains or processed foods and move a lot pretty much sums it up. I've been at this for 3 yrs now and will never go back but to each their own.
I made this post almost 3 years ago, boy how ignorant I was to not listen to this sooner..... Low testosterone levels...LOL! Guess I watched too many commercials.. I went on an anti-inflammatory diet Paleo/Caveman, so far so good my body is starting to heal somewhat. I definitely have a long ways to go...
Down to 185 lbs. as of last week and started at 225 lbs. less than 18 months ago. I haven't weighed 185 lbs. in about 30 yrs.
