I know we are small but after reading some reviews of my host, I have determined that we will constantly be plagued by those outages and failure to connect issues. I expect SM to continue to grow and so I am planning to move us. It won't affect anything but we may be down for a day or 2 when we do move. I thought we would be OK but lately the Customer service aspect has gone way down also. Maybe I send them nasty emails too often, not sure what happened. We are currently with IXwebhosting and it looks like the Servers at RealWebHosting.com are far more reliable. They cost a little more but I can't stand the slowness of this place sometimes. Have the server space, just need to find a Cable connection to Save the whole thing on and then be able to upload it to the new server. Hopefully soon, the slowdowns are getting unbearable...
